How We Work?

Our 3-Step Process

We align on goals, audience, format, budget, timeline, and brand requirements. When useful, we do a site recce and discuss venues, compliance, and risks so the plan is practical from day one.

We then share a tailored proposal with concept boards, a preliminary run sheet, scope of work, a phased budget with options, a draft timeline, and a venue shortlist. This stage typically takes 3 to 10 working days depending on scope.

Once the direction is approved, we turn ideas into a production blueprint. This includes 3D stage and booth renders, floor plans, AV and lighting specs, vendor sourcing and negotiations, talent booking, permits, and rehearsal schedules. Our in-house design, carpentry, metalwork, and professional AV inventory keep quality high and timelines tight.

A dedicated project manager maintains the master schedule, technical drawings and cue sheets, a confirmed vendor list, and risk and contingency plans. You receive clear weekly status updates until show day.

On event day, our team manages build-up and teardown, registration, VIP handling, show calling, stage management, and all technical cues for lighting, LED, and sound. We keep everything on time and resolve issues quietly in the background.

After the event, we provide a concise wrap report with attendance and engagement highlights, photo and video deliverables, media or PR summaries if relevant, budget reconciliation, and recommendations to improve the next event.
